Business Challenge: Our client was aware they had challenges recruiting the right talent in a timely manner and assumed it was a gap in their interview process. The HR department spent 3 months creating and implementing a new process which ultimately failed to achieve results.
Our Solution: We conducted a talent engagement assessment to evaluate their current candidate lifecycle holistically and benchmarked it against best in class criteria. We worked across the organization, ensuring the inclusion of all stakeholders during the data gathering process. This enabled us to identify additional failure points that the client was unaware of and work collaboratively to build a future state roadmap that was phased in over time. We worked side-by-side to hire a new recruiting team, trained them on the new processes and partnered with HR on the enterprise wide change management efforts.
